In Riverside County that runs from Riverside and Norco out to Perris, Menifee, Hemet, and San Jacinto, and south through Lake Elsinore, Wildomar, and Winchester to Murrieta and Temecula; in San Bernardino County it covers San Bernardino, Highland, Fontana, and Rancho Cucamonga, the High Desert from Victorville, Hesperia, and Apple Valley out to Adelanto, Phelan, and Barstow, and reaches up to Big Bear.

Her approach is unglamorous on purpose. Most of what decides whether a sale goes well happens before anything is listed or any offer is written: pricing against comparable sales instead of hopeful ones, fixing the things an inspector is going to find anyway, and being honest about what a property will and will not do. She would rather have an uncomfortable conversation in week one than an expensive one in week six.
